He pioneered in the early 1970s the use of data processing and computers to meet the complex information needs of his clientele.  He perhaps laid the first stones in India’s journey of becoming a thriving technology and business process outsourcing powerhouse in the world.

Today, even after 34 years of his untimely death, his principles drive and continue to guide the firm.
